AGIS BPM-How long do the approved, rejected, expired intercompany transactions history stayed in the BPM work list or "All" tab under the bell icon?

Currently, when I tried to track an intercompany history via the BPM worklist in ERP PROD, I am unable to find it. Just wondering how long does the data staying the in BPM list before it is disappeared?

The reason is that if we are to build a customised report based on the action status in BPM worklist, and we are concerned if the historical data is disappeared ?
