Credit Limit at Party Level

Dear all,

we do have for all customer accounts a customer profile including credit limit etc. on account level.

For some customers with TCA model, we set up also a profile at the party/Org Level. Means we will have a profile at (anyway bill-to site) at account level and at Party. 

If new order is being placed we want the party profile credit limit (and order amount limit) be in the lead to check if sufficient credit limit or if the order put on credit hold and create a credit case folder. 

We tested some scenarios but always the account level profile was leading. Even if we blank out limit at account the system was not considering the party customer limits.
