Three separate issues that point to our HireRight connection failing for background checked

Since Monday, we have received two email notifications that background checks completed, but Oracle does not show them as completed.

We also tried to initiate a background check from an existing requisition, and got an error in Oracle. Results Summary = Error

Packages for first Encountered Trigger -=Basic Background Check Plus Education - Not Triggered

Today, we tried to add a background screening to a new requisition, and got an error:
"Package selection process failed due to an unexpected error. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact HireRight Customer Support and reference Error Code.
