How to create Call report or Appointment in Activity related subtab

Summary:

I have created a relationship between the Business plan object and the Activity object in order to connect existing activities to Business Plans. This functionality is shown in a new related subtab I created in Business Plans called Associated Activities. This tab also gives me the ability to create Activities, however I can only create Tasks from here. Is there a way to also create the other Activity types (Call Log, Appointment, Call Report)? The out of the box Activities tab is added to Business Plans by default because of the relationship, so I can create those in that
