Value of Two segments are missing in the accounting Distribution of sales invoice for a sales person

Summary:

FUTURE1 and FUTURE2 (PROJECTCODE) values are missing in the Accounting distributions of the sales invoice for Sales Order , created to ship a product to Sales Rep. Multiple test orders of different types for this customer show the same issue.
Since this is a $0 revenue transaction, the expense does not hit cost of goods, it
hits an expense line. For other sales reps, FUTURE1 and FUTURE2 (PROJECTCODE) segments populate data by their employee ID, but for two specific sales reps, they remain blank.
