Rule1: Manager Approval rule to Self-Auto Approve

(Requisition Details Recruiting Type Code = Standard)

Rule2: Over Mid rule to route to Compensation for approval

(Requisition Details Recruiting Type Code = Standard

Offer Salary Details Compa Ratio > 100

Proposed Assignment Details Grade = Management 10 or Management 11 or Management 12)

Rule3: All Grade13 Plus rule to route to Compensation for approval

(Requisition Details Recruiting Type Code = Standard

Proposed Assignment Details Grade = Management 13 and above)

Rule4: Self-Auto Approve

(Requisition Details Recruiting Type Code <> Standard)
