Add Warning Message in External Supplier Registration Bank Account Section

Summary:

We are using the Redwood page for external supplier registration, and we have a requirement to display the message: 'Do not use or provide personal account details' in the bank account section of the supplier registration page. We attempted to add this message using Visual Builder/Sandbox, but were unable to add it at the external supplier registration bank account level."Kindly help us with the steps/document to achieve this requirement.
