Disable Not Done as a Status for Multi-Segment Activities

Dears,

We are not using 'Not Done' anywhere in our Solution as it is not relevant to business processes that we have implemented.

We have recently been implementing 'Multi-Segment Activities' & on it's End page when we select to mark checkbox of Segmentable activitiy as Completed, there comes a status selection which has two values (Completed & Not Done). We wish to disable 'Not Done' from that Drop Down. (Refer Screenshot below)

We tried to look for a setup to achieve the same but no luck.

Anyone who has an idea about how to get this done?
