Total Size of Implementation

Hello,

We are looking for information on the total size of our CX Sales implementation. This includes but is not limited to objects
such as Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities which would include email & attachments, Tasks, Call logs, Notes, and others.
Is this something that could be obtained for us? Or if possible some direction/guidance on how to find this information.
