Profiles Not Displaying in My Client Groups – No Item to Display

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue in Oracle HCM where, under My Client Groups > Profiles, the message "No item to display" appears. Users with HR roles are unable to view or manage profiles.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Which specific roles and security profiles are required to access and manage Profiles?
  2. If the necessary roles are assigned, what other configurations should be checked?
  3. Are there any known issues or settings that could cause this behavior?

Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
