Statement Visibility for employee in Act as Proxy, even though its not visible in adminsiter workers

We have written a criteria to hide the visibility of statement for a specific assignment status. We achieved this by using adding criteria under compensation change statements tab. LuckilytThe statement is not visible for employee in administer workers page who is in that specific assignment status, but visible in act as proxy page. While proxying in as the employee's manager(supervisor) i can able to see the statement for that employee. But ,while trying to download the statement it shows no statements available. I s it possible to hide the name of the employee from the act as proxy page itself
