Performance Process flow Redwood Page

Summary:As we all know, in redwood performance process flow page, setting goals option is removed.
So which ever performance process flow is using these goal settings option, those process flow needs to be created newly in redwood page and for that new performance templates need to bed created freshly.
so i would like to know where we can Specify whether to include a task to set goals, such as target competencies and goals, to the performance document. Select who's eligible to set and complete setting goals in the task.

this above option we had in process flow page "setting goal". Now, this option itself is decommissioned in redwood page, or we can use this option in different page.
