Can't login into Cloud account after password reset

I receive the email which contains the reset password link on this email address. After the password reset I receive the email confirmation that the password was reset. But the login with the new password doesn't work: "Username or password is invalid."
I was told in the support chat that I should use a former email address *** instead. But I don't receive the reset password emails on this address even this email account still works.
