Business Events for Customer Accounts, Vendor / Supplier, Sites, Partner

Summary:

We want to integrate our custom application with Oracle ERP product. As part of integration we ingest master data like Customer Accounts, Vendor / Supplier, Sites, Contacts, Employees, Partners, etc. Currently our integration is invoked on demand or based on schedule. Customer is looking to see if Oracle Fusion application supports webhooks or publishes business events which will notify external consumers or products whenever there is change on master data like Customer Accounts, Vendor / Supplier, Sites, Contacts, Employees, Partners, etc. If available then can these business events be consumed without using OIC.
