How to restrict access to parent accounts while using sales territories

Summary:

Currently using Sales Territories with combination of Sales accounts hierarchies to give access to users based on territory membership

The sales accounts are correctly shown in the workspace as expected, the only issue is that if I open top Sales account of a sub-hierarchy, I can see/access the parent account

Example:

Account 1 is parent of Account 2 and Account 3

Account 3 is parent of Account 4 and Account 5

Sales Territory 3 has an inclusion rule on Account 3 by also including the hierarchy

Sales rep 3 is member of territory 3 only

Sales rep 3 can see Account 3, Account 4 and Account 5 in workspace ⇒ OK

If sales rep 3 open Account 3, he can see Account 1 as Parent Account and can open it and see it as read it
