Assignment Number field not populating with -2 or 3 on Redwood
Summary:
When we are doing Local and Global transfer, Assignment Number field is not populated with -2 and it shows null on Redwood pages ,but when ecord is submitted it shows another work relationship is created with -2 or-3.
