Can't log in to Oracle Cloud - pwdmustchange

Summary:

Each time I try to log in, I'm redirected to the "reset password" page with an url ending "pwdmustchange"

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Changing the password has not helped. Using different browsers or incognito does not help. I have not changed any settings on my Oracle Cloud account. My last login was 1 month ago and I had no issues.

I contacted support but they were not able to help at all. In the end they forwarded me here to the forums with this question.
