Unable to Incomplete AR Transactions and these transactions are not accounted

Summary:

We ran create accounting in AR: The Accounting Entry Errored out stating :

The segment value ENTITY in account ****-YYYYYY-00000-000000-000-0000-00000000 isn't assigned to ledger.

The Revenue Account is something we can update but and Accounts Receivable Account is something is greyed out.

The situation such that we are unable to make the trx incomplete and delete it.
