We're trying to create a rule within Object Workflow that when emails are forwarded into the system to get processed as tickets, we can automatically update some of the data like category and queue based on a phrase in the email (Health Plan Benefits).

Also wondering if the sandbox always needs to be published to test the update. I have the "Retrieve Inbound Email Messages" process running from my user, so hoping this can be tested without publishing the sandbox?
