Can we track Candidates who agree to Terms and Conditions on the Career site?

We are trying to find out if it's possible to track candidates who agree to the terms and conditions when applying through our career site. Candidates are given the option to agree but we are unsure if there is a way to see or report which candidates have agreed after they submit their application.

We would like to fetch these details into our report.
