Contract Terms tab unavailable in Redwood Purchase Order page

In the previous ADF Purchase Order page, the Procurements Contract Terms tab is essential to the business tracking contract documents and deliverables. This tab is not available in Redwood as expected.

Are there any steps to enabling this or is this feature not available
