    When trying to copy ownership data to next year we receive the following error message: "Entities in the following destination Scenario(s) are Locked. These must be unlocked in order to copy ownership data: '[Budget]'."

    When trying to copy ownership data to next year we receive the following error message: "Entities in the following destination Scenario(s) are Locked. These must be unlocked in order to copy ownership data: '[Budget]'."

    We have several plan scenarios (FC1, Budget etc.) that are configured as Opening Balance Carry Forward (based on the Actual scenario). Now, when we want to populate those with OWS data in the next year, we need to copy OWS for the Actual scenario from P13 FY24 to P1 FY25. Unfortunately, it seems that if
