Is it possibel to generating payslips for payments made outside of payroll?

Summary:

We would like to generate pasylips for employee stock transaction payments that are made outside of payroll. The Stock transactions payments are recorded into payroll as balance adjustments using Adjust Multiple Balances. We would like for these payments to generate a payslip that shows gross pay, tax deductions and net pay. Is it possible to generate a payslip from a balance adjustment even though the payment took place outside of payroll?
