An Error occurred. Contact your help desk (FND-2) - Error on Approve Job Requisition Workflow

Summary:

We are receiving the following error when trying to approve a job requisition that was created during the Request New Position Process. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve?

"An Error occurred. Contact your help desk (FND-2)"

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

- The new position workflow has already been approved and is in a final state

- We have not implemented configuration to automatically approve job requisitions associated with new positions just yet, so they route through the workflow

- The error is happening at the job application role for this job requisition only (not a widespread issue)
