Create message template in taleo recruit

We currently have an automated message (a rejection notice for a lack of a better way to say it) that goes to a candidate when that candidate is rejected on a requisition.

Right now, that message also goes out to candidates when a req is cancelled. We want to create a different message to be sent to candidates on a req that is cancelled. Would love some help, guidance, and/or knowledge transfer on this. Even pointing in the right direction of an Admin Guide would be helpful. Fairly new to Oracle/Taleo and their resources.

We have gotten as far as creating the content of the message but working through tying it to that trigger of the req being cancelled… Hope I'm making sense.
