Archiving or Purging accounting data : View or Restore Data

Summary:

I understand we are now able to archive and purge accounting data using the 24B feature Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials 24B What's New. Is there a view to restore or view the data?

With the 24B feature, I can see we can archive and purge accounting data. I also understand I can extract archived data using BICC before purging it.

(1) Is BICC extract the only way to view data after purging?

(2) Is there any option to restore either back to archive tables or main financial tables using these BICC extracts (or any other methodology) ?
