    • Receivables Transaction date for sales orders

    Summary:

    In AR invoices imported for Sales Orders we are seeing the 'Transaction Date' derived to a same date for all transactions irrespective of invoice creation date. E.g. Sales order actual ship date/ invoice creation date is 20-Mar-2025, but the transaction date is derived as 03-Mar-2025, this seems to be the case for all transactions.

    1. The 'Derive date' option is selected in the transaction source. We want the date to be populated from the actual ship date of sales order.
    2. How is the Transaction Date derived if the Default Date in 'Import AutoInvoice' is a past period date which is closed. E.G. A date from Jan-2025 for which period is closed but the sales order/ shipping date is in Mar-2025?
