Reports Prompts Remember Last Selection?

Can the prompts in Reports remember the user's prior selections as defaults?

Migrating from FR to Reports. The reports prompts did not migrate, so I recreated them. When a user runs the report, they are prompted for the selections and run the report. When the report is closed and rerun, the prompts report to the default. Would prefer the reports to default to the previous user selections. Can this be done?
