Net Pay Balance does not return run result balance for assignment run dimension in the fast formula

Summary:

NET_PAY_ASG_RUN DB Item is returning zero even though its has run result balance in the payroll run. Please suggest if anybody come across such issue or am i missing something but the same code snippets was working for different requirements.
