Password Reset Email for Oracle Cloud Account (OCI) - Not Receiving

Summary:

Password reset email is not being sent for my Oracle Cloud Account (OCI) . I can confirm that I can receive any email from @oracle.com as its whitelisted.

Please check what is the issue.

As proof that I have no problem receiving email., when I created the forum account it sent me a verification link.

I have done the following:

  • Verified that I can send and receive internal email and external email from my email account.
  • I request password reset twice as well.
  • Verified that this is the email account that was used for the OCI account.
