sql query in fusion alert

Summary:

I was going through the fusion alert but I am not seeing any place to write any sql query.

Say I have a Biz scenario of :

Send notifications to Buyer and Supplier of a BPA if it's pending approval for more than 3 days. In EBS , we can write a query and based on it's output send emails.

In fusion can we do that?
