Redwood VBS validation rule- can we have rule to check for multiple primary flags

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

We have a requirement to ensure that the flag (DFF) can be set to "Y" for only one row in the Additional Person Info section. It acts as a primary flag, meaning only a single row can have this flag enabled. Additionally, we want to ensure that at least one row has this flag set to "Y" and that not all rows have the flag set to "N." How can we implement these validation rules on the Additional Person Info page?
