Secondary Ledger Journal Conversion

we set up the secondary ledger in Test, after the refresh from the production instance in March, we are unable to see any synchronized journals from the primary ledgers for January and February. is this expected?

However, when we set up the secondary ledgers in Production, will we be able to see the synchronized journals from the primary ledger for January and February? we would like to have all journal conversions for the entire year of 2025.

Is there any possibility in Oracle Fusion to retroactively copy historical posted transactions from the primary ledger to its secondary ledger.
