Redwood experience for Position pages - stuck in Responsive pages after enabling

After turning Redwood Profile options on for Position pages, in one of our development pods, the responsive pages are still what show when position transactions are initiated. The usual things (signing out, clearing cache, etc.,) to troubleshoot aren't helpful. Here is what we have enabled so far:

ORA_PER_POSITIONS_REDWOOD_ENABLED, HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED, ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_JOBSLOV_ENABLED. The VBS profile option code has been enabled already as well. Are there other profile option codes to enable?
