Issue with sequence of activities that are added.

Hi All,

I am facing an issue where when I add an activity to the route of a technician who already has an activity in his route(pending status), the new activity added comes on the top. For ex: if a technician has an activity say act1 in his route which is in pending status and then if i add another activity say act2 with same time slot and duration then OFSC tends to schedule act2 first over act1. The order seems to be FILO

I am not sure if this is a part of reoptimisation of OFSC or if there is any way to disable this. My requirement here is that for some of the activity types the order of execution should be FIFO.
