Can we make the "Business Title" field a drop down list on the "Assignment" section?

Hello everyone,

When you add a new hire in the system, under the "Assignment" section there is a Business Title field that is a free text in which you can provide the Business Title of the worker.

I was wondering if we can change the nature of the predefined field from free text to drop down list.

The reason why we don't want to create a DFF for this requirement is because the dffs are a unstable in the new redwood pages.
