Recruiter Deadlock Resolution in Job Offer Creation

When a recruiter clicks "Create Job Offer," but is not listed as the recruiter in the Hiring Team section of the corresponding job requisition, an error message appears.

The recruiter should have added him/herself as the designated recruiter beforehand. However, if this recruiter forgets to do so, they end up in a deadlock, as there is no available action to create or edit the job offer for the respective candidate.

Is there a way for this recruiter to resolve the deadlock, knowing that the assigned recruiter in the job requisition is unavailable?"
