Do we need to run Full ACL Job after creating a new index for V2 Address Block?

Hi All,

As part of 25A upgrade, we have got a new V2 Address block feature which supports Oracle Search. For that we will be creating the new Index as below in the POD.

Create new Index (fa-hcm-irc-geohierarchies) by running ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process.

As this is a new Index, Do I need to run the full ACL job after the Index is created?
