customer programs are not visible in channel revenue

Summary:

We are implementing Sell side channel revenue management. User has created Customer Annual programs and submitted. Post submission the programs cannot be seen in the program tab for customer channel revenue management. The Business unit tab is also not visible which generally comes left to Create button.
