How to freeze compensation worksheets column headings?

Summary:

Hello experts,

compensation worksheet columns (up to 4) can be freezed; but it is possible to froze column headings when we select to display 40 employees by page?

When scrolling down, the headings are not visible. Is there a way to froze them as well?
