unable to view ORA_HRT_SKILLS_ENRICHMENT_ENABLED enabled at site level after running the job

Hi Team,

We are trying to enable dynamic skills V2 by following the documentation -

I was able to follow until step 3 without any issue. Please note: I used the paramter - "Preview Upgrade" while running the process - "Prepare Application for Skills Enrichment", enabled profile option - "ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT" , ran the process - Sync Talent data for AI recommendations with the parameters that valid for my client, logs didnt show any failed status for this process.

The next step in the documentation is to verify the profile option - "ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT" is set to Yes, which does not happen in my pod. i do not see the value for this profile option anymore which I enabled before running the process
