Issue with outbound from OFSC

Hi,

We are in the process of integrating OFSC with SOA suite and have configured the message scenario and channels in OFSC. the message in OFSC shows up with status 'Message step expired'. The OFSC IP has been white listed in SOA server and the SOA WSDL has been added as part of the channel configuration in OFSC.

We checked the logs in OFSC and see that the request is timing out while reaching SOA server IP at the desired port. 

Is there any other setup that I am probably missing here, would appreciate any input in case someone has faced this issue before and any other debugging mechanism that can be employed ?
