Looking for backend table to get the results for item substitute data available in plan inputs

Looking for backend table to get the results for item substitute data available in plan inputs as we are facing issues due to hierarchy based relationships being defined in plm/pim. So there were some old relationships defined which are now removed but due to implied flag value being set as Yes the old relationships are still being considered. Hence we are trying to get the extract for data that is available in Plan Inputs for that Relationship description, org based and if possible customer based. I have already checked table msc_item_org_substitutes but this does not return what is directly visible
