Redwood Context Segment value is not defaulting on create job requistions details page

Summary:

We recently migrated ORC to Redwood 25A and are attempting to set the Context Segment DFF default value on the 'Details' page of the Create New Job Requisition flow. Even though the default value has been configured and set in VBS (See below), it does not default to the value, and we must pick it from the drop down LOV.

Why the default value does not work for the Context Segment field on the new Redwood Job Requisition flow 'Details' page? Please advise

Also Is there any documentation or information available about context segment DFF behavior before and after Redwood?
