Need to send a custom notificaiton when the work order is in released status and in Hold status

Summary:

Hi All,

Our corrective work orders getting created from a 3rd party sytem, and we have 2 requirements to send a notification to the end user of the 3rd party system when the work order is released for more than 7 days and also when the work order is on hold with some description (reason for hold) entered in a DFF.

We are capuring the end user email address part of work order DFF when the work order is created from integration.

is there any way we can achive this part of this with the starndard functionaltiy of with minimal customization to send the respective user a notification with the predefined text.
