Question regarding the mechanism of elqCampaignId in Auto-responder emails

Hi,

I'd like to learn more about how Eloqua works regarding the following situation:

  • When a form is submitted, an auto-responder email set in the form processing steps is triggered and sent.
  • This auto-responder email contains a tracking URL that points to an Eloqua Landing Page (e.g. corporate inquiry form).
  • The query string in the link includes a parameter named elqCampaignId.
  • The value of elqCampaignId appears to be a valid Campaign Canvas ID (e.g., elqCampaignId=999).
  • I would like to understand how this parameter is being appended to the URL in the auto-responder.
