Start and End Time Show Instead of Duration When Manager Add Absence in Redwood UI

When selecting a date for the absence it through Waring message as 'Select dates that are working days" and the system prompts for Start Time and End Time instead of Start date duration (which works fine when the employee enters their own absence).

As a manager when try to add absence from My Team we get this Option "Start Time" and "End Time" which we don't need.

As a Employee We get this which is fine. Option as "Start Date Duration"
