How can we migrate an EBS Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report in Fusion Cloud

We are migrating client system from EBS (R12) to Fusion Cloud. In the EBS environment client has a custom Financial Statement Generator (FSG) report. Client has the requirement to move the report from EBS to Fusion Cloud. Can you please let us know if this is feasible to move the custom FSG report from EBS to Fusion Cloud. If "Yes" then let us know the process and steps to migrate the FSG report from EBS to fusion cloud.
