We have a requirement to Push a Candidate at Offer Stage through API

Summary:

We have a requirement where we are creating Requisition in ORC, then all the process happens in an external system till candidate accepts the offer.

The external system pulls the requisition details from ORC through API.

Now the external system needs to Push the Candidate into ORC at offer stage through API and we need to close the requisition in ORC as well through API.

Is it possible to achieve through existing APIs? I am not able to find details regarding this in Oracle API Document.
