How to audit the deleted account hierarchies. Faced an issue where the account hierarchy was deleted, unable to find how and who has deleted.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This is required for audit purpose on who deleted the account hierarchy. Also how to prevent this issue from occurring in future.
